Like other barter exchanges, TBM uses "Trade Dollars" to record what its Members buy and sell (what they’ve bartered) within  the exchange. Members earn Trade Dollars when their own products are purchased by other Members.

While TBM Trade Dollars are preferred worldwide, TBM will not affiliate itself with any other barter organizations as they exist today. This is simply due to the fact that:
